3 generator sets installed by EMSA Generator will meet the uninterrupted energy need of Tekir-Çağlayan tunnels on the Kahramanmaraş-Göksun highway.

In this project, 1 6M21G440/5 model Baudoin engine, EGK315-320N model EMSA alternator, 440 kVA diesel generator set, 1 6M21G550/5 model Baudoin engine EGK315-400N model EMSA alternator 550 kVA diesel generator set, 1 6M33G715/5 model Baudoin engine EGK355-550N model EMSA alternator 715 kVA diesel generator sets are installed to Tekir-Çağlayan Tunnels. With these installed generator sets, one thousand metres long Tekir Tunnel and 2 thousand 500 metres long Çağlayan Tunnel got uninterrupted energy.
The importance of the electricity need of the highway tunnels is known. The energy needed in the tunnels plays a vital role. Accordingly, generator sets installed by EMSA Generators to Tekir and Çağlayan Tunnels with a total length of 3 thousand 650 meters will commission when there are any power cuts. Thus, any negative events for traffic flow in the tunnels will be prevented. Additionally, the remote-control systems on the state-of-art generator sets enable intervention to any failures in the shortest time.
